Service Cancellation

organicoiaromaae provides consultation and advisory services. As services are rendered at the time of consultation, cancellation policies apply as follows:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled appointments may be eligible for full refund or rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refund

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
Services must not have been fully utilized
Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of concerns

Partial Services

For multi-session service packages, if you choose to discontinue services after partial completion, refund eligibility will be calculated based on services already rendered and remaining unused sessions.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Services that have been fully completed
Digital materials or guides provided as part of service packages
Services cancelled due to client no-show without prior notice
